Process and Pricing

Exterior

We practice all safe wash methods. Here is our step by step process:

  1. Clean Wheels, Tires and Wheel Wells

  2. Pre Rinse the vehicle

2a. Pre Wash - This is done with all purpose cleaner/degreaser rinse if the pre rinse did not remove most if not all of the caked on dirt and grime before the contact wash.

  3. Clean door jambs.

  4. Foam Wash - we use only pH neutral soaps unless a paint correction is going to be performed. In that case a high alkaline soap will be used to strip off all existing protectants. pH neutral soaps ensures all protective coatings (ceramic coating, wax, or sealant) safe and will not be damaged. During this step we take a very soft bristle brush and agitate around all emblems, badges, grille and any other area that a wash mitt or towel can’t easily reach.

  5. Contact Wash - we utilize the two bucket wash method along with soft microfiber wash mitts and/or towels at all times on every vehicle. This separates dirty water from clean soapy water.

  6. Dry - If the car has been protected with a ceramic coating, wax or sealant we will use a blower to blow most of the water off the vehicle before using a towel. If no protection is on the surface, we will always use a drying aid which helps break the surface tension of the water and allows it to absorb into the towel.

  7. Clay bar paint and glass with a fine grade clay car. This pulls off any surface contaminates that are embedded in the pores of the paint and leaves the paint 100% clean.

  8. Polish/Correct paint if desired by client.

  9. Apply desired paint protectant (Ceramic coating, wax, sealant or our go to ceramic detail spray).

  10. Clean glass.

  11. Dress tires.

All these steps ensure we are preventing as many surfaces scratches as possible by getting as much dirt off the surface prior to touching the paint.

Interior

  1. Vacuum all plastic surfaces if there is a lot of dust/dirt. Use a soft bristle brush to brush as much debris as possible out of any crevices into the vacuum. Then vacuum all carpets and seats.

  2. Chemical clean - Wipe down and/or agitate with a detail brush.

  3. Blast out all debris from all crevices that did not come out with the vacuum.

  4. Surface clean seats (leather and fabric) and carpets. (shampoo and extract if desired by client).

  5. Spot clean headliner.

  6. Apply protectant to all interior plastics.

  7. Clean glass.

Maintenance Plans

We offer maintenance plans to those who need and/or want a professional to wash their vehicle in intervals ranging from weekly to every 8 weeks. Please contact us if you are interested. These plans are custom made for each client!

Please note that depending on the use of the vehicle, a dirty vehicle may not be eligible for an 8 week maintenance plan due to the cleanliness and may need to be maintained every 4 weeks instead in order to be eligible for a maintenance plan price. The shorter interval between details will lower the price!

Feel free to ask any questions when you get an estimate!
